After years of using the LG Platinum headsets with no problems , now I got the new LG Platinum headset and people can't hear me . I thought it's a defect unit and I exchange it , but I have the same problem ..... poor quality microphones . I returned the product .

My old set of LG was awesome, this new set has much poorer quality/level of sound. Really disappointed, im going to return these. Will not recommend to any friends. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They worked the best for lawn mowing my other half was able to push a mower and talk & hear our conversation, it would stay out his way. Battery lasted 2 or 3 days it was the best. Bummed they discontinued
