Not for everyone, perhaps. Best if you already have an interest in Zen teachings, probably. It may not itself be a shining example of beautiful or memorable prose. But it's very helpful, and full of good ideas and encouragement. Try before you buy. If it's for you, you'll know it and appreciate it.
