I bought this item for my 13 year old Grandson and after already going through two other types of mics that broke not lasting long at all...this one is what he exspected and is the longest lasting still going strong.

It's not wireless, but honestly it is great for what you pay for. You may have to turn down the game volume so you can hear other chat. But that is an easy fix, and it is included in the instructions.
