These skates are really cheap but you get what you pay for. My daughter used them once and the strap doesn't work.

My daughter received these as an Easter gift. She's 2 1/2 and wants to wear them all day. The photo is an accurate description of the actual product. The colors are bright and vibrant. Very easy to use. Knee pads are so cute. Definitely a great for a good price.
