This has got to be the most up to date and fastest modem on the market. I've come to trust Netgear to be the most reliable products in my house. With this modem's features and spec's, it's unlikely you've have to upgrade for a long time... sorry Netgear...LOL

I purchased the CM2050V for use with Xfinity voice and internet. Setup is extremely easy following the Netgear hardware instructions and the using the Xfinity app to activate service. The entire process is less than 20- minutes. The voice internet modem has worked perfectly since installation.

The CM2050V cable installed easily and exactly according to the instructions. The connection to xFinity went withhout a hitch.
