the charger sent with the chomebook didnt fit therefore would not chage and turn on. The solution given was to print off a label and mail it back and then give them like 6 weeks to process the chomebook. ok...in the mean time i have no money back or a working chromebook! Very inconvenient.

The Laptop was covered in dents ankhs scratches old sticker's and more came with a different charger so never charged! Still waiting on a response from the company for a return

I would give it 0 stars but I can't. The item isn't described as used or refurbished when it clearly is. That's not even the worst part. The charger supplied isn't even remotely compatible with the unit. DO NOT BUY!
