My son does not like tight fitting close to wear at night. He wasn't happy about how tight the shirts felt. I got him one size up, and the PJ's were still a bit snug. The shorts are boxer briefs, and the tops are cotton form fitting cut-off T's. Unless you son likes clothes that fit like underwea...

This is a really cute set. Quality is great. From reading reviews, I ordered a size 10 for my almost 6 year old. They fit him loose, not snug. My son weighs 52 lbs and is 46" tall. He could have worn the size 8, but I would be worried that they wouldn't last from shrinkage from the wash.

my boys love all superheros. so this was a must. i did order a size up than normal because pjs normally run small. my boys are both around 30 - 32 lbs at 3 and 4 yrs old. I ordered size 6 in boys and fit perfect after washing with room to still grow. just get one size up. very pleased!
