Excellent processor. Easy to assemble or disassemble, works great. I use mostly for grating potatoes for hash browns or for chopping (onions, celery, pickles, etc). Only dislike is the optional whipping attachment, cannot get it to whip egg whites, have not (and will not) tried whipping cream.

This powerful unit is tough and has put to shame the commercial ones (Robot Coupe & Waring) I have in my work kitchen that cost 2X & 3X as much. Its motor is VERY strong. I can't say it will continue working for more than 20-30 minutes at a time before getting too hot but, who really needs that ...
