I purchased this thinking wow this is a great product. I should have returned it but I didn't it now lives in its carrier. It gets really hot and shuts itself off in less than half an hour, and it has little suction. Very disappointed, mine certainly doesn't work like the one in the video!! Glenda

Just used this for the first time and I am very pleased. It did a wonderful job on all the tile and wood floors. The wood work cleaning feature is sooo cool. I loved the fan cleaner attachment. We have four ceiling fans and cleaning them always meant a headful of dust. I have one minor complaint....
