I used my wireless ear phone twice. After that, I cannot get them to charge. I've tried different outlets, different USB connectors, nothing seems to work. I would like to have a replacement if I cannot find a way to fix this issue. Any suggestions?

They were "affordable" and worked well enough.... Time for a recharge and they will not charge. Light stays red despite being plugged in for hours and checked every hour or so... Most likely will never buy another Jam product

Paired for the first two charges (about 15 hours total). Charging for the third time & they won't hold their charge enough to pair with my phone. Don't waste your money.

I only bought these a few weeks ago and already they have stopped charging. Complete waste of money. Also they fall out of your ears if you even do the lightest bit of sweating.

Bought at Target East Madison, WI. Stopped charging out of the blue. Good while they lasted, but overall a total scam given the life cycle. Very disappointed.
