i do not have cable tv, use over the air antenna, and want to PAUSE the show at times when watching tv, which requires at least a 32bit flash drive. i went with a 64bit instead, and it works great!

Haven't tested it for longevity, for the insanely cheap price if it lasts a few months I'll be satisfied. But the sequential read speeds are good, better than advertised, I posted my results. I'm sure if you did a really large file size, this thing would heat up and the speeds would throttle down...
