They cannot be returned to the store, and came without a packing slip. Not able to reach anyone to attempt to return them. They also look like they were old or used as the skate key Baggie was torn and they were loose in the cheap plastic carry bag that came with the skates.

Id rather rate it in the negative but I can't. They smell of stanky feet and are not the right size. And are not adjustable like it says

The screw holding the front wheel broke off the first time they were used.

Good looking skates with easy closure . My daughter likes them but told me that the wheels at not as fast as her former pair. So, 4 stars only.
