Tools you need one 15 and 10 mm wrench and a large Phillip's head screw drive the reason I'm saying it is the manual simple says metric tools also you need a Allen wrench I'm not sure of the size sorry. So far it's a nice bike.

Packageing could be better..but no problems with the bike i got even though i read reveiws of tires and other items were bent..for the money..no problem..bought for my 13 yr old..he loves it..good quality..overall..id buy again..came in few days before delivery date

For the price you really cant go wrong. Item came as described brand new. We have been using the bike everyday for a weeks and it has not let us down.
