This is a great product good practice, works great for right handed and left handed golfers, the turf is medium so it's exactly what you need to make it comfortable and easy to hit the perfect practice shot. Works great for all ages. Definitely would recommend

Athletic Works Dual Surface Practice Mat was much sturdier than anticipated. It has a thick rubber on the bottom which prevents movement with air or on slope. It has two types of grass which I wish was a little more realistic but it serves its purpose. Great for practicing indoors or outdoors.
