I bought it 10 years ago and very happy with it. It finally showed aging and leaking. Called customer service they send me a replacement faucet. You can't ask for better customer service than that.

That faucet had factory installed hoses which could NOT BE REPLACED. Dumb design and A WASTE OF AN OTHERWISE PERFECT FAUCET...

I have the brushed nickel version and love the look. It has clean lines and has functioned flawlessly. There are also. I tiny grooves so it is easy to clean. The handles rotate smoothly and so far there have been no leaks. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
