I really enjoy this product in hot yoga. It is a lightweight, and very absorbent yoga mat towel. It completely covers a standard yoga mat, and keeps you dry during practice. It is not slippery, but not exactly the most grippy yoga mat towel.

I've tried a few options, but this is the best one I've found for my Bikram practice. It's very absorbent and doesn't slip much at all. I only bought a second one because after almost two years of washing, the other one got a little stiff. I think two years is a god life for a yoga towel, though!

I've only used it 2-3 times so far, but it has been GREAT thus far. It does not slip or move on my mat and I don't even need to spray it down at all. Maybe because the room is extremely hot (I do hot yoga with it primarily), the towel just sticks to the yoga mat and hasn't moved at all! Its actua...

I have been doing Bikram Yoga for 16 years, and when the studio began charging $4.00 for towels per session i decided to bring my own. This mat does exactly what i wanted; it stays in place, absorbs a ridiculous amount of sweat, and is lightweight and is easy to pack and carry.

I am new to Yoga and was looking for a towel that wouldn't move on the mat. This one does ok. It didn't move a lot but it did move. Wondering if the grip towels are better.
