I love ❤️ It!!' First time on it upper abs soooo sore which is a good thing got back on it next day middle abs started to hurt in a good way . Its working !!! I was looking for something after I had my twins it's going to be a long journey but I'm ready....... great buy!!!!

I normally don't give into weight things such as this but I thought it might help with leg raise type exercises while my shoulder is healing. It does work really good. Moving the legs out further or closer together works different parts of your abdomen, upper vs lower, etc. It can be pretty hard ...
