So disappointed. One of the pieces of the headboard was the wrong size so the basketball hoop is not anchored to the backboard properly which makes it wobbly when shooting the basketball. We received a backboard and rim that do not fit together. We have been unable to use the goal. The spacing on the holes doesn't match up.

Wrong sized rim came in the box. It’s been a cluster trying to get the right one. Walmart customer service is horrific. The issue is the item has been cemented in my driveway

We have called NUMEROUS times and done everything they’ve asked us to do, ie: send pictures of all the “missing” pieces by circling in the manual. We’ve called / we’ve emailed.
