It turns on when is plug in but as soon the bell starts to run it shoots the electric breaker. I contacted customer service, they are sending me a new controller who knows is that will fix the problem. I think they should check if everything is working properly on a product before sending it out.

I got this for my wife , I was very disappointed since day one, I could not get the setting to work for me on the tablet, i would put the setting to 15 mins and then after 4 mins, it would shut down. I even try to reach out to the company for help, and they didn't even reach out to us.
