The bed is extremely wobbly. I cannot allow my daughter to sleep in the bed. Ashley's system of using subcontractors makes it impossible to get it fixed. The soonest that the company can send a 3rd party contractor out to look at it is 6 weeks away. Unacceptable.

3 days after getting it, the rails that kids climb on to get into the bed broke! They popped the particle board and fell. Causing my kid to fall as well. Who decided metal rails should be put into particle board and thought that would be safe????
