Easy install, teflon tape included. Instructions are very clear, and cover contingencies. 8 settings per head, and no leaks, even after I 'configured' the flow regulator. Assuming it doesn't explode in the first year, 5 stars for value and ease of install.

Easy to install! I was able to install this by myself with no leaks. This works great! My water pressure isn't that good, but this shower head makes it stronger! Considering buying one for 2nd bathroom.

love this faucet... the instructions confused me how to change the water to the different head but when it was figured out... it is great!!!
