My pillows arrived as scheduled. They were in plastic wrappers with the Beautyrest logo, etc. They have a removeable (zippered) sateen pillow case on them. They are EXACTLY what I needed! Just like what I have. So glad I ordered two. I may order more in case I cannot find them again.

This is a replacement for the one that I used for 10 years and was finally worn out. Best pillow ever! I don't get neck or headaches while I'm sleeping on this pillow. I'm very sensitive to the right support due to my osteoarthritis and this is the only pillow that I can actually sleep with.
