Works great. Very quiet. If you use sitting down, you put the dial and counter towards you. And the counter can be turned to see the numbers from that direction. If you use it standing it is used in the opposite direction. I use it 2 or 3 times a day, 10 minutes at a time. Felt my legs loosen up...
