the box came in un damaged, but did take a full week to arrive. walmart originally stated 2 days. shipping was way way to long. as to the AC unit itself it was installed and seems to be working great. time will tell, but seems like a good unit for our usage.

I should have ordered the White unit. Black unit is hard to read controls unless you have direct light on panel. Works great, easy enough to set up and install. Have someone help you if you can, unit is heavy and awkward.

I love how it makes the entire upstairs cool while it's in my room window. Thought the light would be a problem but it has a button to turn it off.
