I love my new weights 5 and 8 lbs. Priced them on other sites, these were the bet value. The bright colors are easy to find. The neoprene is comfortable to hold.

I would prefer a different color for masculinity but capabilities beats color anytime, anywhere. Excellent for the touch of umpf for a non weight training day.

I have quite a few sets of CAP brand dumbbells, in neoprene and rubber with metal hand grips, so I can say that I find these to be the best quality of dumbbells. Some of the other pairs of CAP dumbbells I've had for over 5 years, and they still look and feel the same as when I first bought them. ...
