Volleyball- soft but still hurts if your arms aren't conditioned to playing . Make sure pumped to correct psi. What I like is that this ball gives you the psi right on the ball recommended (4-6psi) Frisbee- nice high flyer . Larger diameter for easier use. Would be great for frisbee golf!
