Seems to be a good pressure cooker. I've used it to brown, steam and pressure cook. I wish that I could just use "pressure cook" as a cooking method vs having to choose brown, steam, etc. That may not make sense to some but when I cook chicken, I first want to pressure cook it a bit (like I di...
