This is not a heavy duty curtain rod. I used 2 in a large kitchen window. 1 for the curtain itself and 1 for the valence. I ended up needing 2 packs of the curtain and valance sets. We are quite pleased with the spring tension curtain rod. My wife found it to be easy to install in the window opening that she purchased it for. The curtain rod is sturdy and we would highly recommend to others.

The rods are exactly what I was looking for. They are really easy to use and conveniently allow you to hang curtains without damaging walls. They can be used also to hang a second set of panels to a window without buying an expensive double rod.
