I was disappointed that the weight limit is not listed on the container. It does show using a wire but that was not provided; but I think they work fine just using screws in the wall without a wire. But it would be easier to line up your picture if you also purchased some wire.

The package doesn't say what weight limit is, but these are sturdy and can be used on a pretty hood sized frame. The screws are included in the package with the D rings. This is a good brand name.
