I was looking for a glass lid for a 12 " frying pan and buying this pan and lid was cheaper than just the lid from other suppliers. I am very happy with the purchase and the delivery.

The Wearever 12" jumbo cooker is great for frying chicken or making Mexican dishes, it's so huge you can cook for an entire family. The handles are comfortable and sturdy, the glass lid has a small hole to let steam escape. I wish I had bought one of these years ago.

This is the second one of these I have purchased. This one has been updated from the one I bought several years ago, but it is the same pan. Resists warping on my glass top stove. I have been pleased so far with the jumbo cooker. I have used it almost everyday for family meals. It cleans up very easily, and it cooks well. Be careful to clean it with just a soft cloth. I used my plastic scrubbie with soap and water, and now there are some light scratches from the scrubbie. ...

We have had this pan for about two months now. We have a family of 7 and it is my 'go to' pan and is used daily. It cooks great. It cleans up nicely. There is a small hole in the glass lid that lets steam escape, which is great for simmering. I am considering buying the entire 'Grip Right' set!
