I love my t-fal non-stick pan. however I must say that you have to be very careful with it on a gas stove. I keep my heat from low to medium and the pan will slide off of the stove if you're not careful. I think if it was cast iron or maybe a heavier pan it would be safer on a gas stove. it's per...

MY FRYPAN ARRIVED ON TIME. I WASHED IT IN WARM WATER RINSED AND DRIED IT. I MADE A FRIED EGG SANDWICH AND IT SLID RIGHT OFF THE PAN AND ON TO MY SLICES OF BREAD. I'M HAPPY.

Heats up and cooks evenly and the pattern in the middle indicates when pan is hot enough to add food. Very nice when making grilled cheese it always comes out with just the right amount of toasted bread.
