I was surprised when it came in a flat box. Everything is tightly packed. There was a couple of small dents (I was able to fix that with pliers). I really like this box and am using it for my network switches, router, modem, phones, and coax hub.

As others have pointed out, this is a very (VERY) lightweight rack in terms of sturdiness. I wouldn't want to put much more in it than patch panels and maybe a couple switches. I would give this rack 5 stars if it had better instructions and was easier to assemble. It looks good and looks like decent quality. Its brings concrete sleeve anchors which saved me a few bucks from having to buy them.
