I always wear 100% cotton T shirts for work shirts. These fit the bill and are comfortable in the Texas heat. I buy them a size bigger than needed so as to make up for any shrinkage of which there will be a small bit.

I bought these T-shirts to go under the work shirt to prevent chafing from the work shirt and to absorb moisture. The T-shirts are thick and good quality. It was my 1st time buying them. They also came in the colors of the work clothes so that was a bonus.
