Some really great recipes in here, as well as excellent tips for those of us who aren't as familiar with using a cast-iron skillet. I borrowed this from the library, but may end up going back out and buying it!

Very helpful for the novice. Included sections on care of your cast iron cookware and recipes geared toward the cookware's seasoned characterics as it ages and seasons. Recipes are easy to follow with mostly ingredients that are readily available and tips for finding harder to obtain ingredients...
