Just few screws and i have a stable dipping station setup. the height and width designed is perfect for me. The knurled grips gives me a good grip and it really help me stay in place as i dont use glove. Best of all, It is light and easy to move around the house.

I was surprised at how easy this stand was to put together. It only required a couple screws. The structure and strength is great. My 250 pound husband can easily use it for his workout, without it bending at all. The height is also perfect for him and our son. I am very happy with this purchase!

Easy to put together, even though instructions were kinda bad. Good solid piece. I had to put down a foam mat underneath to eliminate some vibration when using it. Now it's perfect.
