does not hold an edge & doesn't sharpen easy after the 2nd use the blade was dull already & when i tried to sharpen it with my professional knife sharpener it took 10 min to sharpen it when a regular knife takes me maybe 2 min to sharpen it if it wasn't sharpened in a while

Got this knife as a gift for my mother 2 years ago. She still loves it and it's still going strong, even though my mother doesn't sharpen her knives, it still has a good edge.
