Walmart sells this item on their marketplace. I had to return the unit because it was damaged. They don't make this process hassle-free. It takes an entire week to ship back and get a refund.

Cheap prices for a reason it did not work just blew out warm air I took it back to Walmart expecting a refund still 2 weeks later I haven't received my money but they have the merchandise NEVER AGAIN will I purchase anything from Walmart.com

This unit works amazing the only thing I didn't like was the window kit was very cheaply made

This room air conditioner is the best, It was easy to install the parts for the window and to use it works great and cools my livingroom just find and its a good buy.
