I bought these to replace some of my older t-shirts. They are soft and comfortable, as advertised! One thing that puzzles me is why the label states, "Do not use fabtric softener." Must I wash these separately from my other whites? Is it something to do with the softness of the fabric?

I was very disappointed with the quality of the product. I always purchase Hanes products for my husband but this was my 1st time on line and what we received was a very thin see-through material that was NOT the Hanes quality that I have purchased for many many years .
