This television had a broken screen. The packaging was great. Poor service from the repair shop! No pride in work from the repair shop Mr. Steve Wonder could have done a better job!

I noticed there was a review about the screen being damaged but the ad said the television had been refurbished so I ordered it, however, when it arrived the screen was still damaged. I returned it and I hope the actual refurbishment takes place before they send it out again to another customer....

We received a shattered TV twice and delayed owning our tv by over 2 weeks as a result of our purchase. Getting the exchange processed and the (shattered) replacement shipped also required a long phone call to Walmart. The photos attached are of each shattered TV we received.

My tv screen came cracked. did they repackage the same broke tv and send it to me? this is not right, and a waste of time. but i still have faith in Walmart
