This was not in original box and did not include directions. Was not listed as not new. Customer service said they would take care of issue and did not! Boo, Walmart.

worst bluray I have ever owned . Freezes constantly, takes forever to turn off. Have to turn off power at least once daily to unfreeze it. To many quirks to list. Have always been a Sony fan but this device is challenging my loyalty.

This is the only Sony product I have ever had that did not perform well. The sound cuts off many times while viewing different DVDs. It seems to be OK with Blu-Ray, but not DVDs for some reason. I have ordered another one. I hope it will work better!

my last sony blueray player just quit, the new one did the same thing. I want a blueray player to get the internet on my tv. It stopped working for some reason. AT&T couldn't figure it out & Sony Tech. support couldn't. So I just returned it. I'm now using my pc to make my tv recieve the internet...

I am very pleased with the WiFi enabled DVD player. Now I can stream to my TV. It’s pretty close to perfect.
