Great for the summer and keeps the room cool. I'm not a electrical technician so it took me about 2hrs to install. The light is perfect for the room, I don't recommend it for a kitchen though. We are enjoying ours, I hope you'll enjoy yours.

I am very happy with this ceiling hugging fan and it was easy to install with good instructions. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a smaller fan. Excellent price. The light bulb is not overly bright as it has a frosted globe but it makes for more ambient lighting.
