I received with and when I got.it the screen was popped out. I fully charged it and within 10 mins it went.from 100% to 76% . then it kept telling me it would not work with google play because I was not signed in though I clearly was. do not buy

I was sorely disappointed when I recieved this item, it was supposed to be white, it was pink, it was supposed to be rollback not refurbished! It wont even hold a charge for more than 10 minutes! I had someone elses google account already on it, not even factory reset! I would not hardly run any ...

Wouldn’t connect to any wifi and couldn’t even find a 5G network. Device was slow even loading the settings. Color and screen sensitivity were poor as well. I will be making an immediate return as rhe product is worth neither the price nor the time spent trying to get it to work.
