Obviously haven't opened it yet. So i'm sure of the interior you're not gonna care if you're in a situation where you have to eat emergency food. Keep in mind, it's a 100 servangs, which sounds like a ton. But it's a serving like a side so totally. It's about six days worth of food for 1 person

Bought this to keep it on hand in the event it's ever needed- good price and Item arrived in perfect shape, quickly. I don't see an expiration on the outside but it was packaged 5/18/23.
