This is very light in weight, you wouldn't even remember that you have one on. It has enough vents and easy to adjust plus it is not expensive.

Such an awesome helmet. I love that it is adjustable and I'm able to have it fit perfectly! It's extremely lightweight. Very breathable which is so nice for long summer bike rides. I like the white color because I feel it “pops” out a little more when the sun is setting. Great adult helmet.
