Here are photos - the non-stick is peeling off after 5 users of boneless chicken breasts cooked it, using wooden utensils, and non-abrasive sponge to clean it with.

Pros: Cons: Des Not Come With A Rack Other thoughts: After long waiting for customer service, I'm told this does not come with a rack. After advertising it does, hope they quit providing false info.
