This is one of my favorite products from one of my favorite companies. I like the benefits that I get from Gotu Kola in terms of circulation and immune system help.

I have been taking this product regularly for several years, primarily as a mild energy booster. Swanson's has great discounts on Nature's Way products, which I have been very pleased with. Gotu kola seems to give me a bit of extra energy for work. This big 180 capsule bottle is a very good value.
