Bought the add on and the internal handle connection was sent backwards making it impossible to connect. At this price point it should be without any mistakes, disappointment!

Spent 3 hours trying to install this thing. Seems to be a manufacturing defect (extra piece of plastic) that is blocking the handle from full movement. Could try and jerry rig it, but at this price point it should be an easy seamless experience to take on and off. If you can get this to work, you...

I have the Thule T-2 Pro XTR. Love it. Works great with my carbon fiber frames. Bought the add on when we have extra bikes to bring with us.
