This is a great mop! It heats up very quickly and makes quick work of a tedious job in my house. Used the mop on both my hardwood floors and ceramic and was very happy with the results.

Better than my old Shark but hate it comes with 1 very thin pad. Hope the replacement pads r thicker. Dry fast but did notice streaks but it was cleaner. Just wish pad was thicker.

I am pleased with this steam mop because it heats the water very quickly. A couple draw backs: the shortness of the power cord and the water needs to be refilled more often than I expected. But considering the price I would still recommend this product to another customer.
