The locking mechanism isn't very easy to use, you have to somehow twist the pole but the end needs to swivel better. Then the end popped right off. Not what I was hoping for- I've bought better ones.

Fits perfectly, great for light weight curtains. Just make sure kids don't pull on them because the railing is not strong enough unless you use the screws provided with it to fix it permanently. I loved it. The best part is no drill required. It was as expected.
