In Texas I hardly ever need the heavier weight sweat pants. I like to keep several pair of the lighter weight pants on hand. These are exactly what I wanted. I love the fabric, love the fit. I have 4 more pair on order.

Love the fit. Very comfortable. I'm 5'7" and the length was perfect. The sizing is accurate or at least it was for me. The material is perfect for spring or fall, but also not to hot for summer. Definitely not for winter wear. Wish there was a brown/tan color available.
